Natural Features and SceneryNestled deep within a forested ravine, Little Badger Campground embraces visitors with towering evergreens and the constant companionship of Little Badger Creek's melodic flow. The campground's unique position creates an intimate, sheltered atmosphere where moss-draped trees filter the sunlight into a soft, green glow. While the ravine setting means direct sunshine is limited—creating a naturally cool retreat even on warm days—the dappled light and creek's gentle soundtrack craft an enchanting forest sanctuary that feels worlds away from civilization.
Geological RegionPerched along the bubbling waters of Little Badger Creek, the campground sits at the doorstep of the Badger Creek Wilderness, one of Mt. Hood National Forest's most pristine protected areas. This strategic location places campers at the intersection of managed forest and untamed wilderness, where ancient geological forces have carved deep valleys and shaped the dramatic landscape that defines this corner of the Cascade Range.

There is a very long well kept gravel road that will take you to about .8 miles from the campsite cluster. After that there is a pretty difficult and narrow offshoot that lifted vehicles of some type will have a much easier time with."
